Trying to type @ sign but showing “ sign. What’s happening ? Keyboard is not working properly or something wrong ! Do I need to change keyboard layout settings ? If yes, then I need to go to Computer Repair Shop. Why? Because, I don’t know how to change keyboard layout settings.

Well, wait a minute. Why you are going to waste your money. It is not big a problem. Couple of minute workout and job done.

Here, I am going to show you on how to change keyboard layout settings USA to UK with images.

If you are a Microsoft Windows XP user then follow this :

i) Login to windows XP Computer.

ii) Click on Start and open Control Panel.

iii) Control panel page will open.

iv) Double click on Regional and Language Options. Shown in below picture

v) Regional and Language Options properties window will open. Navigate to Languages and click on Details. Shown in below picture

vi) Click on Add. Shown in below picture

vii) Click on input language. Select English United Kingdom and OK. Shown in below picture

viii) Again select “English {United Kingdom}- United Kingdom” as a default input language. Click on Apply and OK twice. Shown in below picture.

Job done. Now you have successfully change keyboard layout settings USA to UK.

If you are a Microsoft Windows Seven user then follow this :

i) Login to Windows Seven Computer.

ii) Click on Start and open Control panel.

iii) Control Panel page will open. Click on Clock, Language and Region. Shown in below picture

iv) Clock, Language and Region window will open. Click on “Change keyboards or other inputs method”. Shown in below picture

v) Click on Change Keyboards. Shown in below picture

vi) Click on Add. Shown in below picture

vii) Select the English (United Kingdom) and click on OK. Shown in below picture

viii) Again Select “English (United Kingdom)” as a default input language. Click on Apply and OK twice. Shown in below picture

Job done. You have successfully changed keyboard layout settings USA to UK.

Note : by following this tips for both windows XP and Seven, you can change computer default language settings to any countries like, UK to USA, USA to UK, Canada to German, etc.

In my last article at 27-09-2012, I have shown you on how to Create Kaspersky Rescue Disk for CD / USB. And today in this tutorial, I am going to show you on how to Use Kaspersky Rescue Disk for Computer Disaster Recovery.

Requirement to use kaspersky rescue disk :

* Bootable Kaspersky Rescue Disk USB or CD.

Note : If you don’t have or know, how to get bootable kaspersky rescue disk, please check my last tutorial on How to create Kaspersky Rescue Disk CD or USB.

Now lets start the tutorial :

i) Insert your Kaspersky Rescue Disk CD or USB in your computer and Restart your computer.

ii) Go to your Computer Bios Settings and change the boot settings to CD or USB Stick. Shown in below picture

Note : different computer has different bios settings. So don’t panic if your computer does not match with my given image.

iii) Computer will start from Kaspersky Rescue Disk CD. Just press any key to enter into Kaspersky. Shown in below picture

iv) Choose your computer language settings. Shown in below picture

iv) Read the Kaspersky Rescue Disk end user policy and press 1. Shown in below picture

v) You will get few option like :

• Kaspersky Rescue Disk. Graphic Mode
• Kaspersky Rescue Disk. Text Mode
• Hardware Info
• Boot from Hard Disk
• Reboot
• Shut Down.

Just click on Kaspersky Rescue Disk. Graphic Mode. Shown in below picture

vi) Kaspersky Rescue Disk CD or USB will start loading.

It will take couple of minute to get into Kaspersky Desktop.

vii) After successfully logging into kaspersky desktop, a window will open automatically for scanning. Just select the files and folders which one you want to scan and start scanning. Shown in below picture

ix) During the scanning, if kaspersky detect any viruses, malwares, spywares, or Trojans, you will get instant notifications. Just clean or delete the infected files and folders.

x) Restart your computer and take out the Kasersky Rescue Disk CD or USB from Computer.

xi) Go to Bios and change the boot settings to Internal Hard Disk.

Job done.

Now your computer is ready to use normally as you used do it before.

Important: by using Kaspersky Rescue Disk CD or USB, you can also delete the USKAH, Metropolitan police virus and other viruses also.

Today in this tutorial, I am going to show you on how to Create Kaspersky Rescue CD for CD / USB.

Choose Rescue Media :

I will recommend you to use USB Device for Kaspersky Rescue Disk. Because most of the computers support boot from USB and it is easy to carry. But don’t worry. I will show you both method means CD and USB to create kaspersky Rescue Disk.

Create Kaspersky Rescue Disk for CD.

i) Click to Download Kaspersky Rescue Disk ISO

This Kaspersky Rescue Disk file size is 262 MB only.

ii) After downloading the kaspersky Rescue Image, burn the ISO file with CD writer. You can use NERO or ISO BURNER software to burn this ISO.

If you have installed NERO software in your computer, then double click on downloaded Kaspersky Rescue ISO.

iii) Insert a empty CD

iv) Click on Burn.

v) Nero will start to burn this ISO into CD. Shown in below picture

It will take couple of minute to burn the ISO into CD, depending on your cd writer speed.

 Create Kaspersky Rescue Disk for USB

i) Click to Download Kaspersky Rescue Disk for USB.

This kaspersky Rescue Disk file size is only 237 MB.

ii) Click to Download Utility to Record kasperksy Rescue Disk to USB. (File size is only 378 KB)

iii) Insert a 1 GB USB Stick into your USB Port.

Caution : Take your USB files backup. Otherwise files will be deleted.

iv) Open Rescue2USB.exe file. Which is download few minute before.

v) Locate the ISO file that you have download few minutes before. Shown in below picture

vi) Click on Start.

vii) Computer will start to record the Kaspersky ISO Image to USB. Shown in below picture

Job done. You have successfully created Kaspersky Rescue Disk for both CD and USB.

Many of us have already known what is Google Drive. Google Drive is a cloud base online storage service that you can easily upload your important file in Google drive and access them from anywhere in the world. Now start the process to Use Google Drive.

Go to http://drive.google.com and login with your Gmail account. Shown in below picture

Google Drive home page will load. Click on Download. If you want to use Google Drive in Computer, click on Download from Desktop. Shown in below picture

Read the Google Drive TOS carefully and click on Accept and Install. Shown in below picture

Then computer will start to download and install Google drive. Google Drive installation is like as Google Chrome Installation. So you will not face any problem to install Google Drive. Just click on Yes and wait couple of minute. Your Google drive will install automatically.

After finishing your Google Drive Installation, A new window will open. Login with your Gmail Account again. Shown in below picture

Click on Next. Shown in below picture

Click on Start Sync. Shown in below picture

Done. Installation of Google Drive is Completed. A shortcut will be created in your computer desktop. Shown in below picture

How to USE Google Drive ?

Using Google Drive is very easy. It is look like as drag and drop.

Open your Google Drive Folder from Desktop and drag the files or folders in Google drive. Google Drive will start synchronizing your file with server automatically. Shown in below picture
